Simo drive 611 F11 error / 9101 Spindle not ready

Hello,

Here I have a Hyundai HiT 18S with Sinumerik 840C. When trying to move the spindle with overstore (S=500 M=3) is goes into an error: 9101 Spindle not ready and the Simodrive 611 is showing F11. It came after speeding up a turning process. It did the first flange, after that stopped with the error. Anyone can help me out?

Errorlog:

2000 ORD1 Emergency stop
9000 Emergency stop|
9101 Spindle not ready

The spindle is not moving any way, M=3 or M=4.

 Hi, can you post detail--what is meaning  the same error code?--post all alarm# on CNC display and error on spindle control small display. he has F11 you have F11 as well?

for F11 I post the list of causes here , if you can tell detail story I will give you more suggestion.

It looks like we have a problem with an encoder on the motor.

 Thanks for feedback. did you replace the encoder? if need my help, hardware, encoder replacement, encoder cable... let me know.

Hello everybody ,

i have a simodrive 611 with F11 error .  On the cnc screen sometimes appears 51 that means positioning error but that i know it  is a msg from the controller. cnc is a Heidenhain 407 .

F11 makes me power up the machine but when I try to rotate spindle it cuts everything.

Can somebody help?Thanks.

I think you have 611A spindle drive and motor. did you check my answer in 2016, I post F11 in detail

you can check the possible cause one by one. most possible encoder issue

I  verified and found that the encoder was faulty ,already replaced  everything running well.
