RE count. A memory marker is a memory address (usually global memory) that can be addressed symbolically from any FB/ FC and has the address type M%0.0. It is not part of the FB definition.

As for the log error, you will have to find the TIA equivalent for base 10 log (or replace it with a natural log). It is just another CPU benchmark to test how quickly the CPU can compute logs.

I cannot understand you drawing or what lies behind it. The benchmarks are simply some standard operations that are performed many times in a loop for a set period of time and the number of iterations performed in that time logged. You can take each one and run it as you please.

Simple I'm still speaking about count and the way that I usually use to get external vars values in FB.

If you use a memory marker you don't need to, as it is accessible from any / all FB's.
This is a necessary requirement for the auto benchmark code to work as I designed it.
Why change something that works? That is my advice as the code designer.

I offered the code as an example of a suite of benchmarks for STEP7, not a completely tested solution for TIA. You use it as supplied on the target platform, or port it to TIA yourself and use it as you please.
