S7 Technology library block (MC_Power) issue

We have upgraded the CPU 317T-2 DP(6ES7 317-6ES7 317-6TJ10-0AB0) to CPU 317T-3 PN/DP. (6ES7 317-7TK10-0AB0).
Original project was developed on Simatic manager Step7 V5.5 SP3 and Simotion Scout V4.3.1.1 , Now we have converted the project backup in Simatic manager Step7 V5.6 SP1 and Simotion Scout V5.3.1 .
We are facing problem with FB 401 (MC_Power) Block (S7 Tech library V3.0, 4.1 & 4.2) which is not generating output (Enable status), while enable input is true and there is no error present all required input is ok. We are getting busy output as true.

did you check the drive, if there is any error active? And did you check the parameter "Statusword.CyclicInterface" of technology object "axis"? Maybe there is a problem in communication between controller and drive...

Yes i checked the drive status and it is communicating properly. There si no error on drive. Exchange ready green LED is glowing. Also the associated DB monitored and found that there was no error, Cyclic Interface and  Encoder valid bits are also true. But still the MC_Power block is not generating output, while Enable bit at input is true. I used the same FB from other S7-Tech library V4.1 & V4.2 but the response is same.

did you also check the wiring of the "drive enable signal"...?

Maybe you get no enable signal at the drive. In this case, the MC_Power state will not change to TRUE...
