How do combine two different projects to single project in Simatic Manager?

When you combine the hardware configurations of the 2 original projects into a single new one, you should review all network addresses of the new project  (especially MPI addresses, but also Profibus if applicable). Automatic selection of the MPI addresses by the system in each original project might create conflicts when you regroup all the objects in the new single project, there might be overlap of system addresses between the 2 original project  So the system in the new project leaves the problematic addresses blank (with error messages). You should take time to rebuild the addressing scheme.
