Question regarding the addressing of digital input output module

Dear All,

i am completely new to PLC programming. I have question regarding the addressing of digital input output module. How they are addressed for input and output bits. I mean IB0.0 shows the input bit and QB0.0 shows output bit ?   Is this correct.

 Hello,

QB/IB means byte adress if you need bit then Q0.0 or I0.0.

If 0 is the adress of the IO Module in HW config.

I also encountered this problem, looking for the answer 

 Now i'm really curious, what problem is that exactly? In this thread, there has been no problems, only a question about input/output bit presentations.
