Machinery Event History/Log

Good Day To All,

Im working on Service Tech Support for vessel operation offshore,

facing with almost machinery fault  cause from operator wrongly operating standard protocol.

mostly they like to bypass plc input for run certain machinery without investigate why system not permitted. 

my question is,

any software or file can i download/upload to track history/machinery event on certain time frame.

can view plc io status on certain time frame.

similar to data base what is happening on plc, if yes, i can easily to catch responsibility person that doing it.

It can run on any PC or on one of our embedded devices.
