Krsh Posts: 59 Rating: (1)	The problem is that we need to make a data base of all PLC we have in our factory and we do not have the software from the developer. I want to know if a CPU fails, and i order a new one and download the program i have from upload(from the old one) it will work even if i get the message you see in the print screen i previous posted?

Fereidoon Regular Member Joined: 5/3/2016 Last visit: 3/15/2025 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Dear It's because you opened a program project file which was opened by Step 7 including PDM, CFC and other applications that is showing in opening page. It is not major fault and you can continue your programming unless you want use CFC or PDM or some other siemens applications. In that way you must install them. Have a nice day.
