HW Updates in Step7 v5.4 sp4

Hi,

I am dealing with a HW Update problem in step7 v5.4 sp4. I want to do this HW Update so i could open a project. for configuration. I tried to download them but the message that appears says i have trouble with my internet connection. But i haven't. My browser works, i have ping in my gateway, and also the right IP addresses for this pc. I turn down the firewall but nothing. Is there any problem in my version of Step7 that causes the internet breakdown, which doesn' t let me download these updates? Are there still downloadable or there is something else that i could do? Can i download them from somewhere else?
