I need help to understand following STL Program uses CALL, BLD, END CALL instructions.

try to write a block call in ladder then visualize it in STL, you will note the BLD3, CALL and END CALL are used by the system just to build up the ladder or FUP representantion

What you see there is not STL, it's MC7 code which is a level below STL. The editor switches to this mode, when the call is corrupted. You cannot edit this code.

Between the Call / End Call you see how the parameters are passed in MC7 code. The BLD instructions are there to help the editor how to build the STL code with the FB Call from the MC7 code. But there is not official documentation about this.
