 Hello BeVee,

You hit on the spot. We change a few buttons on one of the machine just to guarantee we use the same program of both PLCs and the problem disappear.At first sight the program is equal in 95% but because we modify one of the machine and add some new push buttons and we need to download a bit different program to that one we never had a good communication between the OP and both machines.
