STEP7 v5.6 Con't run compare function

Hi professor ,

My Step7 v5.5 can not run compare function on WIN10 OS. If I select the comapre function on the FB or FC , the compare windows con't  come out . and  the compare buttion will disappear until re-open the project. I try to reinstall the software the problem can be solved . but the problem will come ture in next time. Now the firewall has been shutdown and the antivirus software was closed also. but it doesn't work.

someone can solve or meet this problem ?  The second pict. it show the compare buttion disappear.

for V5.6 SP2 is also hotfix 3 available, maybe this helps.
