Scale a 0>6000 (IN) value in FC105 to get 0>27648 (OUT) in FC106 ?

Hello,
I have a S7-300 PLC.
I am trying to control an inverter drive with a 0-10v signal.
The speed ref. in the PLC is 0 > 6000 (Integer value) DB11.DBW32
This will give 0 > 100% speed to the inverter.

Can anyone let me know how to parameterise FC105 (IN) with DB11.DBW32
Then get 0 > 27648 out of FC106 (OUT) 

ie, DB11.DBW32 = 0
     FC106 (OUT) = 0
     Siemens AO card = 0v
     or
     DB11.DBW32 = 6000
     FC106 (OUT) = 27648
     Siemens AO card = 10v

I have issues with coding the script possibly due to me using an old S7-300 PLC
CPU 315-2-DP     6ES7-315-2AF03=0AB0

Anyhow I found a workaround to the issue which is shown below..
value of 1250 used which half speed

0>6000 max machine speed (0>6.0m/min)
0>2500 max winder speed req. (0>2.5m/min)
