How to add two Input Words and convert into real

Dear Experts,

How can i add two words. 

My program is, i have two input words IW1318 and IW1320. 

IW1320 is giving decimal value 0003 and IW 1318 is giving 9876 value. i want ot add these vaues and show it like 39876. How an i programmed it.?

this solution works if IW1318=9876 (result=39876)

but if IW1318=6 result will be 30006

and if IW1318=76 result= 30076

.....

and if IW1318=19876 result= 49876 

Is it correct?
