Is it possible for you to download the block to the CPU, as suggested by the message you received?

You might have a simple timestamp discrepancy error, if any changes to the logic or to the connected variables have been made without a download. This generally is fixed when you compile and download the block.

If not, try a Save With Reorganization operation, followed by a download.

It is very possible that something in FC1 is not to the linking of the CPU.

Everything is green simply means that the CPU has not detected the fault in this exact moment...

The first step to find out what would be to examine the FC1 block to see what could be the issue. Post a screenshot or a word file filthe contents of the block, maybe we can understand what the problem is.

The next step would be to open the diagnostic buffer of the CPU, save the file (Save AS.. button in the diagnostic buffer screen) and post the resulting text file here so we can examine it with you.
