TIA Administrator Login Problem

Although I have SUS license on tia license, I cannot login with my windows credidental information to tia administrator. So I can't update my tia portal software. How can I get into Tia administrator? I've never been able to login before.

I checked that maybe the problem is in my user account, but there is no problem here. Who do I need to reach regarding this issue?

 Hello, as you can see in the attached image, my account is in the Tia Engineer group. Unfortunately this was not a solution.

In the PC's local users and groups administrative console, locate the TIA Engineer group and add your login account to that group.  Afterwards, you need to logout and back in for the change to take effect.

The Solution is.

You must for "User name" put your Name from the Local Users and Groups, not Full Name.

Prueba de esta manera a ver si te funciona:

--Primero usa el comando Windows + R, en la parte inferior y lateral izquierda de tu pantalla te saldrá una ventana de ejecutar.

--Luego vas a poner el comando "lusrmgr.msc" como se muestra en la imagen adjuntada a continuación.

--Te saldrá la venta de "Usuarios y grupos locales" como se muestra en la imágenes adjuntadas luego deberás de dar click derecho sobre "Usuarios" y elegir la opción "Usuario nuevo".

--Deberás llenar los datos que te solicitan en el formulario. (El nombre de usuario debe de ser distinto al que ya tengas creado previamente, y la opciones en la parte inferior se recomienda ponerlo como se muestra en la ventana)

--Luego de haber creado el usuario deberás dar click derecho sobre el usuario creado que se muestra en la ventana principal, y elegir la opción de "Propiedades", seguido de eso avanzarás dando click izquierdo donde se muestra en las imágenes adjuntadas a continuación.

--Presionando "ctrl" y dando click izquierdo, deberás elegir en la parte inferior "Administrador" y "Siemens TIA Engineer".

--Finalmente, intenta entrar nuevamente usando el usuario y contraseña de tu nuevo usuario.

I had the same issue.

In my case, the problem is related to the cloud Microsoft account.

I have fixed a way to create a local user here 

Control Panel\User Accounts\User Accounts\Manage Accounts

P.S.
So now I am capable to log in to Tia Administrator with the credentials of the new local user, even without logout my cloud Microsoft account

If your PC belongs to the Azure Active Directory domain, you can use the following login:

• azuread\Email,
• then enter the Windows password.

 It worked with the azuread\ and then my company email
