TIA V13 crashes when using GSD

TIA crashes every time I try to apply a micromaster 420 module to my project. I have had no problems adding the micromaster 420 to the hardware catalog.

Are there any fixes for this?

I use the TIA V13.

I try to add the micromaster to the "Devices and Network". The plc in my project is a 315-2 PN/DP CPU

I try adding the micromaster by clicking the "6SE640X-1PB00-0AA0" module in the hardware catalog.

When I click it, i get the "loading" cursor in windows and I get the "The Totally Integrated Automation Portal has encountered a problem and needs to close." popup.

This is still an open issue.

I am using TIA18 UP5 and every time i try to import GSD, TIA closes without any warning.

This is with multiple GSDs for different devices. The crash happens even if I open a project with this GSD as reference project. On coworkers PC it is working without problems. If i remove the GSD in project folder>additionafiles>GSD, then i can open.

Was this ever resolved? Seems like ony TIA reinstall is an option.
