CVU 10000 manuals or help needed

maufus Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Please, if someone still has CVU 10000 manuals, I'd appreciate to get them by email or rapidshare. Maybe somebody can help me with an error I get while trying to start the runtime: "Facility error code detected during boot". Siemens support is of no help: support about CVU is terminated. The website holds no documents about CVU.

maufus Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	UPDATE: I managed to make the CVU 10000 work!! 1) reboot PC 2) start TISOFT with CVU parameter (to use the CVUTA) and go online 3) close TISOFT 4) start CVU 10000 runtime ... and it works. If, after reboot, I try to start the CVU 10000 first, it doesn't work and shows the "Facility error code detected during boot" message. After this also the TISOFT cannot go online through the CVUTA!!! I have to reboot. Please, any help would be appreciated...

You will see the number of the Error message in the lower right corner of the screenafter you have started the Runtime. Hope this helps, Attachment facility error.pdf (1498 Downloads)

maufus Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Thankyou Sam, any help is appreciated!! Unfortunately I don't get any error code at the bottom right corner of the screen. The only "code" I get is located at the end of the sentence "Presse enter to return to menu" where I find "FE\|" ( letter 'F', letter 'E', pipe character '\|').
