Hi, when I try to configrue device with my TIA Portal V13 SP2 I always get error message Automation license manager (0086:000001) when I try to go Program blocks and can not continue, I use Windows 10 Any ideas? |

Hi Open Windows Explorer and delete the contents from the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto Then restart Windows and check behavior. |

I downloaded the ALM V6.0 and when I try to run the setup it say Please run the setup from a path without space character etc. and it does not work, any idea? |

hi use a path without blanks in the name or special chars. D:\install for example. can it be that you have diesabled the 8.3 support on you windows? is in the output shortnames displayed? regards christoph |
