Hello kjurlina your assertions aregenerally spot on correct. There are or may belimitations withProcess Image based access, for example the size of it will typically not cover the whole address range and it can be split into so called "part process images" which then "limits" it's general usage (or expands it, whichever way you look at it). Peripheral access on the other hand does not allow bitaddresses. Anyhow, in case you haven't come the FAQ Where and when do you need peripheral addressing? you may find it's additional explanationhelpful too. |
