there seems to be a problem between the standard and the safety parameter setting in the drive. To copy the encoder parameters into the safety parameters, click on the button in the attachment (navigation: SINAMICS  device >> drive axis >> Parameter >> Safety Integrated >> Actual value acquisition).

If this does not solve your problem, the F31916 comes with a fault code that indicates the parameter that was not transferred correctly. This way you can solve the discrepancy between encoder parameter and safety parameter one by one.

in case of F13000 after activation of safety integrated extended function, you are most likely missing the license for the extended functions, which are parameterized according to your screenshot.

You can also enable a time limited trial license to bypass the time until you get the right license.
