WinCC help: The "DiagnosisEvents" alarm class contains alarms that display states and events in SIMATIC S7 controllers. Users do not acknowledge alarms from this alarm class.

What you can do is to create your own alarm class and use the same State machine "Alarm without acknowledgement" that is used for Diagnosis events.

Select the alarm class used in the alarm view and go to Properties > Texts. There you can modify the ComingGoingText.

What is Incoming/Outgoing?

I have it in the status column! No matter what I write in the text!

On the incoming alarm the text "I", on the outgoing - the text "(I)O".

How to make format "O" for outgoing alarm?
