Is there any way to update the nested charts that has been used in program just like updating blocks?

it is not necessary to update nested charts, because by chart-in-chart-technology you have only another CFC chart. For PCS 7 an nested chart is chart not an block or something else.

So if you update the blocks in the AS program the block also will update in all charts include nested charts.

I don't want to update blocks inside the nested chart. I want to create a chart and use it multiple times. It is possible that I make some changes in the mother chart, is it possible to update automatically all of the used charts after I made changes to the mother chart?

in this case I don't know any workaround to update automatically all of the used charts. The only way I know is with copy and paste the nested chart and drag&drop the connections.

With CMT you can update all changes from an master type to all instance with an comfortable interface, but CMTs doesn't support chart-in-chart technology.
An example how to use CMTs you can find in the application example Control Module (CM) Technology.

Hello.

It is possible to replace one nested chart by another manually by drag-and-drop from catalog. In this case, the interconnections of the “old” chart are maintained, if possible. It is described in CFC online help: 'How to replace nested charts'.

The chart that is to replace a specific nested chart is located either in a library, the current chart folder (as a top chart) or in another chart of the chart folder.

Open the chart that contains the nested chart you want to replace. Open the chart or library catalog; expand the hierarchy tree, if required. Drag-and-drop the required chart from the catalog onto the nested chart you want to replace. Release the mouse button when the cursor is positioned exactly over the chart you want to replace. You are prompted to confirm the action. Click "OK". The nested chart will be replaced, provided the cursor was positioned within the chart you want to replace. Click "Cancel" to abort this operation.
