zerran Posts: 6 Rating: (1)	Dear all I Have a PLC program, back up file with the extension as ZAP13, i tried to open it using TIA portal V13 basic, but i could not open it... Is it a TIA portal V13 professional File ?? which Software i need to open up dis file...?? Awaiting for ur reply

mindware Platinum Member Joined: 3/30/2011 Last visit: 12/3/2025 Posts: 739 Rating: (258)	Hello, open tiav13 and go to PROJECT VIEW then : PROJECT-RETRIEVE and when file selection windows open choose your .zap13 file to open the project. If this don't works .zap13 file is corrupted. Regards

gra996 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Thanks a million, worked a treat, opened no probs in the office but I was already working in project view, but when i got to site and opened TIA and tried retrieving my project it didn't find it. Soon as I did what you suggested, I realised what was happening and my heart rate slowly came back down.
