your question doesn't show where you look at values, i expect on HMI. If this is that situation then problem is communcation timeout between HMI and PLC. Try play with refresh of TAgs on HMI cfg or similar problematic.

  in this times/era I'm very surprised about complex possibilities what people have, compared to my in beginnings of computers. Try look to my example TAG definition table and check there if you see something depended to refresh time of TAG defined. Hope now you can shot 10. Try play with that as I said in 3 posts. You can maybe need also play with visual cfg of TAG but I think you can now do that alone, hope...
