User Administration with simatic logon

pobrien Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	Hi I have recently enabled simatic logon on. When I now go to the user administration screen, the default Admin account isnt visible. The auto logout forthe admin accountis set to 15 minutes. However auto logout is actually happening for all users who login after 5 minutes. Any advice on this would be appreciated? Thanks

pobrien Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	Hi Tweety, Thanks once again. This issue is on an MP377, which has recently been migrated from an MP370 (for the purpose of enabling simatic logon). I am using wincc flexible 2008. A user named admin was already created. I have added a new user- "emerg" (to be used if the link with the simatic logon server is down). Neither of these users are now available in the user administration screen. Is there something I have to do to make these users available at the user administartion screen when logged in? thanks
