Yes, but the signal from the web server is static. If you switch from the web server, the signal goes high and stays high. It only goes back to LOW when you switch again.

The web server only sends static signals. That means you click on the digital value and the corresponding bit in the VM area (e.g. V0.0) is switched to high. This then remains until you click on the digital value in the web server again. It is a function like a switch.
If you only want a short signal like with a button, you have to reset the bit in the LOGO! program. For this reason, a network output that has the same address as the associated network input is constantly switched to LOW with a LOW block.
As a result, the signal from the web server is only HIGH for one cycle.
