008 to 009 Problem

dontxbotherxme Posts: 20 Rating: (0)	I amfacing problemwithmaster drive frequency converter. When i press the inch/start button, the inverter does not go into 009 mode. The display remains at008. I have checked the supply and other connections to inverter and everything seems ok. Kindly help on how to tackle this problem.

Kindly help on how to tackle this problem. Hi, a quick point, the drive should show 009 before it will switch on. 009 means Ready for switch on. The reason you are seeing a 008 can be one of a few things: You may have an internal hardware fault (usually associated with an intermittent A017 alarm), but more likely, you will need to checkthe input binnector values of the parametersP555 to P564. The best way of viewing this status in one is to look at r550 and see that it matches the attached extract. If one of the bits are missing i.e. bit 3, then you know to look at P561 and trace back from there. Hope that helps. If your drive is having OFF2 or OFF3 Active, then you may have this 008 status. Some times, in case of Start command also you may get this - for example your drive is running and it got tripped but if your start command is still ON then you will get 008 status Check parameters for OFF2 and OFF 3 P555,556,557,558,559,560 - in all indexstatus should be 1 Regards,
	I dont Like people driving Fast, thats the reason I overtake them ;)

But for my understanding can you further guide me on how to check parameters OFF2 and OFF3. And how to see what is that particular thing in the program which is controlling these parameters. As Vithani said those parameters should be 1 in case drive is running. It is possible that they are not used in your case and the value there is B1: FixBinector1. But they can be connected with digital input/s, with the external signal/s... Best regards, Hristo Mihalev
