Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (265)	When you turn PLC on STOP LED is slowly flashing? If yes - for 90% it's initialization mode. In this mpde it can't be accessed. Wait for 10-15 minutes. CPUs should go into normal STOP mode. Then you can do required operations. mopS04 Posts: 5521 Rating: (1058)	hi, You can only download to a FLASH Card when the CPU is in Stop. The manual Automation System S7-400 CPU Specifications requires you to stop the CPU by using the mode selector switch. (See chapter 1.5, page 1-19) To be able to download changes in RUN, you need a RAM memory card. hope this helps, regards,

7iuio Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	same problem with me also, cpu model s7 400, i tried clear/reset after removing the flash card cpu goes to stop mode and tried to download the program. but program downloaded is partially no blocks are downloaded( because no flash memory) and try to put key switch in to run mode run led just blinks then come back to stop mode. when i inserted flash memory again it asks for memory reset and it never cleared and when trying to download the program it shows the error message of 33:2769, i doubt it was a flash card error? or some thing else, the only indication in my cpu is blinking stop led, redundancy led lit, external fault led lit,. please help.
