I DT MC Profinet ... Posts: 7 Rating: (1)	Dear dimensional1, yes, it is possible to connect a SINAMICS S120 to an ControlLogix PLC via Ethernet/IP! Requirements - CU320-2 DP or CU320-2 PN with firmware version V4.5 or later - CBE20 (Communication Board Ethernet) - STARTER V4.3 SP1 or later - Rockwell Automation Logix family controller with firmware version 19 or later - RS Logix 5000 version 19 or late There are existing so called "Add On Instructions (AOI)"for Allen-Bradley Logix family controller (designed for the RSLogix programming) thatmimic standard telegrams used in the SINAMICSS120 configuration. Presently there aresix "AOI blocks" designed to coordinate with standard telegrams used in theSINAMICS S120 systems: 1. Simple speed (Standard Telegram 1) 2. Easy Positioning (Standard Telegram 111) 3. Basic MDI (Standard Telegram 111) 4. Advanced Speed (Standard Telegram 102) 5. Line Module object (Standard Telegram 370) 6.
