Dear All,

I am facing a problem with S120 drive, while giving on command, its tripping on F30022 Uce monitoring fault ,hex value 4.

Previously it was comming with Hex value 1 then I interchanged Power block (U to W phase ) & checked Now fault was same but value was 4.

IGD card changed for W & U phase same problem observed

Already checked & Changed FO cable,

what may be the problem IGBT are also ok, Changed CIM module same problem found

Disconnected motor & checked found same problem.

I have Checked with Manual but i am not gating for Value 4

Cause: In the power unit, the monitoring of the collector-emitter voltage (V_ce) of the semiconductor has responded.

Possible causes:

- fiber-optic cable interrupted.

- power supply of the IGBT gating module missing.

- short-circuit at the Motor Module output.

- defective semiconductor in the power unit.

Fault value (r0949, interpret binary):

Bit 0: Short-circuit in phase U

Bit 1: Short circuit in phase V

Bit 2: Short-circuit in phase W

Bit 3: Light transmitter enable defective

Bit 4: V_ce group fault signal interrupted

Remedy: - check the fiber-optic cable and if required, replace.

- check the power supply of the IGBT gating module (24 V).

- check the power cable connections.

- select the defective semiconductor and replace.
