Hello,

Is it possible to install "WinCC Runtime Advanced V12" standalone, without the whole engineering system parts like TIA Portal ?

Since I like to use asmal PC as HMI only, it does not make sense to install the whole engineering framework.

So far I was not able to find a standalone installer for "WinCC Runtime Advanced V12" and also no more detailed information.

OK,

I answer my own question again.

A full installation of "WinCC Professional V12" requires around 4 GB space on the harddisk, including the whole TIA Portal engineering system. Unfortunately it is not possible to install only the option "WinCC Runtime Advanced V12" in order to run a HMI application on a single PC.

But after a full installation, everything else except "WinCC Runtime Advanced V12" and "License Manager" can be de-installed. On the HMI PC this leaves a small foot print of around 50 MB.
