step 7 professional 2010 sr3 setup problem

bluehakan Advanced Member Joined: 5/1/2009 Last visit: 12/11/2025 Posts: 14 Rating: (1)	Hi. everybody, I faced new problem that I wanted to setup step 7 professional 2010 sr3 (step 7 classic) to my new notebook. The problem is starting after setup is begining to setup step 7 v5.5 sp3. After a while "HSP Verwaltungsprogramm stopped running" error appears. And in details I see that the reason is"Appcrash" and the application name is "s7hspinx.exe" and the other details.I tried all the ways. I setup windows 7 professional 64 bit and the drivers again. I updated windows. And this is not first for me setup step 7 pro. 2010 sr3to win 7 pro. 64 bit operating system (my old notebook). I couldn' t able to find the solution. please help Best regards.

Have you checked with use Compatibility Tool to know compatibility? I hope Compatibilty should not be the issue. Please post a Scrrenshot with en error.

To be honest, i dont know really what could be the Problem in your case. you may await for reply from other users/experts. if not then Support Request BTW which make notebook you are using?

bluehakan Advanced Member Joined: 5/1/2009 Last visit: 12/11/2025 Posts: 14 Rating: (1)	My laptop is Toshiba P50..I also tried to setup step 7 2010 sr3 program after installing windows 7 pro. sp1 (64 bit)Namely I didn' t setup laptop drivers. But no matter.Setup gives the same error.
