I have a parallel G130 ‘s running a dual winding motor. I have replaced the CIB’s with CIM’s and after completing that and started the drives back up I got an A05052, “Parallel circuit illegal current dissymmetry(3)”. The 3 according to the manual is saying the problem is with the W phase, but all the phases are equal and they are definitely above the 20% dissymmetry alarm threshold set in P7010. I ran the motor up on one drive with the motor uncoupled from the compressor, and disable the parallel setup and ran the drive in volts/hertz mode and not sensorless vector that it normally runs in. The motor ran up to about 200rpm before developing a vibration, and the current went unstable. Took speed down to 150 rpm and measured the current and it was 50-55 amps on all 3 phases on both drives. Also I did run a motor ID and it passed, along with running the motor up uncoupled from the compressor up to 1800 without the dissymmetry alarm. Didn’t check the currents on the phases because had no need to, it was when I first started up the drive after changing the CIM. There are 4-4/0 cables per phase on each drive, I measured 1 cable per phase:

After swapping left power blocks and putting in right & vice versa

Compressor loaded is when the compressor is pumping air, unloaded it is at idle speed which is about 700rpm.

So after I swapped the power blocks between the two drives the current reading swapped, telling me that the problem is in the power blocks. I also swapped phase 2 & 3 CT's in the left drive and the dissymetry alarm swapped to phase 2, BUT after about 10 load/unloads of the compressor the dissymetry alarm showed phase 2 half the time and phase 3 the other half. So it is hard for me to believe it is a CT, especially since the currents are equal.
Also the version of the IGD boards are different. The left drive is revision C while the right drive is revision A. The left drive power blocks have been completely rebuilt including replacing the IGBT's.
So does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?
