hi, Do you have Ghost backup ? . If not you have to contact Siemens Service for the Software.

sms thanks for replay when we bought the machine from DMG it came with DVD contain NC and PLC and PARAMETERS andIMAGES folders when i open the IMAGES folder (attached photos ) we have 2 machine the same model and version and software the other machine work normally what is the images ? i don't know

Hello, The image no 1 Files with extention GH1 etc. Needs to confirm with OEM (GHOST Version). Imagge file 2 is screen shot of backup/restore proceduer completion. Image file 3 is the photograph of PCU50 with HMI details. As you have mentioned, you have similar machine, you can make ghost image of the working machine & reload in faulty PCU50. To learn more about taking & loading GHOST image, please read this1, this2. Or contact your nearest Siemens service support. HTH. |

Hello PISCEAN 2010 thank you for replay i wamt to know is the files GH1 GH3 GH4 ( it's came with the machine) the ghust of the machine software . thanks

Original Equipment Manufacturer or the agency/company who has installed, integrated & commissioned Siemens system on machine. |
