S7-200 CPU 212 as Modbus slave

viper9403 Posts: 25 Rating: (0)	First,I don't know how toconnect cpu 212 as Modbus slave. second,I use this file 200_modbus.zip to download to cpu 212,but i don't why it compile all with 217 error. CPU 212 order no. 6ES7 212-1AA00-0XB0 Third,Is the cpu212able to be used as Modbus slave ? Who can give me Modbus slave library file,Thank you. Appreciate Attachment 200_modbus.zip (607 Downloads)

Helmut_13 Posts: 2930 Rating: (432)	Hi Viper, the example you posted does not run in a PLC212. The PLC212 does not understand POU's. On the second CD of MicriWIN you can find the S7-200 Tips&Tricks. Have look to tip4. It is originaly created for a PLC214. I do not know if a 212 can be used. I hope this helps. Regards Helmut
