S7-300 Tia Portal

TISK Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello, I'm trying to decide to aquire a STEP 7 V13 TIA PORTAL, but i'm not sure if my currents PLC's can be programmed with it, the PLC are : CPU314C-2 DP (314-6CF00-0AB0 and 314-6CF02-0AB0). Could you help me with this information

Yours are pretty old, so I guess you should ask your nearest Siemens representitive. regards

TIA13 does not have those part numbers in the hardware catelog. You could however have both Step7 V5.x and TIA Portal Professional. There are also a single "combo" license that allows running both software (instead of having x2 licenses). It is a good idea to get to know TIA.. but is there a particular reason you wish to get TIA? For us it is essential when doing S7-1200 projects. Greetings. w
