Hello,

I've got a S7-314c PLC with a KP300 display. I want to have different levels in the display for setting variables. When I put the logon function under a button it shows a pop-up.

I've got is setup for just the password to logon. And a var in the display with the increse and decrese under F1, F2, F3 and F4 (1000, 100, 10, 1) fur up and other for down. Also I use F10 with the logon function.

I can't find any good documentation on how to program this so it will work.

Has anybody any suggestions or ideas?

I've already looked at the demo projects.

The logon funcion requires user and password, I've set the login by password only. But I still need to give a user?

And wen I enter the logon button opens the logon screen?? 

I've set it up as shown in the other demo projects.

I got the V11 software I do wounder could ib be the firmware?

The simulation of the KP300 does not reflect the real conditions so well. I would suggest you load an actual device with the program.

Most definitely you can select in the device settings that the user only punch in a password. However.. the log in configuration in software is as if he will do both user and password.

This is correct.

I've got the display connected and contantly try this on the display with the program running on the PLC.

It's almost all working, the only problem I have is that some settings need to be behind a password. And this is somthing that I can't get to work.

For some reason wel I use the login it ask's me with the login screen.

Possibly hhere is an other way but I don't know it.
