to change the language:
Portalview -> click on "User Interface Language"
Projectview -> Options -> Settings -> User Interface Language

One more question about default language. Manual says: 

When runtime starts, the project is displayed according to the most recent language setting. When runtime starts the first time, the language with the lowest number in the "Order for language setting" is displayed.

 I got Spanish language on first place and English on second, but when I cycle the power, language is always English, any suggestions? Thanks

I just tried second panel with exactly same program and it's works opposite, no matter on which place I put English, it starts every time in Spanish.

Uhm, well, if you are bored of that and it puzzles you you can always set a command that automatically loads the "spanish" when the first page of the panel is loaded...

I dn't lose much time on languages because they are pretty tricky sometimes, so I prefer some workarounds like this one

Hi Chris, yeah languages still have some bugs. I put script on home screen and it is working all right. If someone need it, script is: 

 If SmartTags("First_Run")=0 Then

SetLanguage(0)

SetBit("First_Run")

End If
