You do not mention which PLC you are using, but by naming and giving an FC #, I am assuming it is legacy S7-300/400.  Are you in fact using TIA portal where you do not have to use a specific FB/FC number in most cases?

Also, are you positive it is not working.  In my area the hardest thing to do is keep the trigger dates set up right for DST. 

If you are using S7-1200/1500, it will automatically give you the local or system time without requiring a conversion - another reason I think this request is for legacy controller hardware.

FC 61 BT_LT converts basic time to local time with consideration of day light saving factor,

But i dont think it work correctly, can anybody provide me SCL code for FC61, i have STL code but its beyond understanding so, please provide me SCL code for editing..

In that case, why use FC61 at all.  Just ask the system for the time and do not configure the PLC for the same time all year round.  No code changes required if the time never changes.

I am using s7-315 here i dont want to use fb 61 for changing sumeer winter time .

so by modifying i can use this FC 61 for local time conversion and summer winter time changeover.

For better understanding i need this code in SCL.

Dear huggy

If country like germany or any has time difference (shifting )  Of hour so while crossing from winter to summer or vice versa we need to add or substract 1 hour, CPU doeest shift automatically, so i want to this adjustment using FC61.

but as i observed and tested FC61 calculates something wrong and it doesnt shifts hour as per summer/winter changeover. I dont know what it does with Rule DB as there we mention all data for changeover.

I dont want to use any other blocks except this like fc 60. I checked fc60. it doesnt suit to my requirement.

If you want something that is not standard, you will end up writing it yourself.

You may find the OSCAT open source library could help you with some of the date/time functions.  Check online for the help, and someone here made it somewhat available for importing into TIA Portal.  A search of the forums for OSCAT may find the downloadable zip.
