I have the following setup:

S7-319F 3PN/DP

G120 CU240E-2-PN-F 6SL3244-0BB13-1FA0

G120 PM240 IP20 6SL3224-0BE31-5AA0

My application requires me to use extended safety. I am doing so over Profinet. My telegrams are profisafe telegram 30 and profinet telegram 352.

I initially had issues with the test stop functionality. I performed the test stop this morning and the indicator light in starter for integrated safety "Shutdown paths require testing" is finally gone. I have no alarms on the drive. Starter shows "OK" under the message column. However, if I look at the diagnostics overview in starter, it says "Switching on inhibited - rectify fault, acknowledge fault, STO."

When I deselect STO (I am also deselecting SS1 and SLS) everything looks great! . . . for approximately 5 seconds. All the lights for diagnostics of the safety functions in Starter are off. If I look at the STO dialog, it shows that pulses are enabled by the drive, not blocked.

But then 5 seconds pass and STO is again active. I have the following 4 missing enables:

bit 0 OFF1 enable missing (normal until I run the drive, right?)

bit 8 Safety enable misisng

bit 17 OFF2 enable internal missing

bit 30 speed controller inhibited

What could be going on here? I am actively deselecting STO, SS1, and SLS from within my safety program of my S7-319. Safety mode is active. I acknowledge the faults to the drive. Everything looks great for a few seconds then it's nothing.

I have tried to start the VFD in that 5 seconds where STO isn't showing active but I get nothing.

Status word 1 says the drive isn't ready for switch on, but again, I have no faults.

What am I doing wrong here?

I have IM151-8 F PN/DP with profibus master module and two SINAMICS G120 with CU240-2DP. I can do commisioning over ethernet. I have set telegram 352 and additional profisafe telegram. When I thought everything will be ok, I got messages from Sinamics like: acceptance test must be performed, that processor 1 can't communicate with processor 2, crc checksum is different as it should be, etc...

I have then tried to remove, profisafe and run the inverters without safety, but impossible: I can't set safety integrated back, it always asks a password. I have tried 12345,0000,....many others that should be default password, but nothing. I have done also factory default setting, but safety remains the same.

So, how can I reset to factory default and what is the default password? And how can I set up STO function over profisafe, STO only (basic profisafe sefety).

I have also set in offlline project to: no safety, I have deleted safety telegram on PLC and Sinamics and  then downloaded to sinamics, but still it says that life-of sign of safety  blocks the inverter . I can't turn the inverter on in no way, neither in manual commissioning mode.
