I Got a back up Programme from my friend.when i opened it some FB and FC blocks are protected so when i was trying to remove the HOW_TO_PROTECT from the source file.the source file is no where in the programme.so how can i have to open that block

You can't.

This is the exact purpose that know how protection was invented for - to protect blocks containing interlectual property from accessed by unauthorised people.

You will have to ask your friend to give you the source code for the blocks.

 I was going to say just that but I thought it best not to.

I'm sure if the user REALLY needs to get the blocks open and has a GENUINE reason to do so, they could find some information on google. But no one on here is going to say how it can be done.
