Hello,

In the begining of any thing, we have an analog input module and a transmitter. Let's assume that the analog signal is 4-20mA.

And you would like to make PLC convert the electrical value comming from transmitter (-- mA) into a physical value. 

So, you have first to read the data sheet of trasmitter. It should tell you the actual physical values @ 4mA & @ 20mA.

Then you have to use a SCALE function like "FC105".

Inputs of this function is the analog input address, High & Low Limits.
Output value of this function would be the physical value.

-what kind of messurement(current, voltage, resistant,...)

-SW you use to parametrize

-sensor-type
