it depends on how you want to communicate with it. 

As I saw on SchneiderElectricHP, the Altivar-Devices supporting PB-DPV1 so it should no Problem with a CPU31x-2PN/DP.

I want to communicate via Profinet on S7-300 CPU 2PN/DP. So I will need to install a Profinet Module for Altivar 32 as well. But I dont know how to use with Telegram 100 with data exchange and its address.

 This should be for ProfiBus? Altivar 32 datasheet. 

I am afraid you will need some sort of Profinet communication hardware for Schneider part... For Siemens part you are ok because CPU31x-2PN/DP has integrated Profinet inside.
