trying to install TIA Portal V13 on my PG but there is a error message " siemens installer assistant stop working"

PCS7 V8.1 is already installed on my PG.

What's the problem?

check the logfiles, here a detailed error message is logged.

The install log are stored int the pth %autinstlog% (type this in the windows explorer adress tab)

I couldn't find any thing like %autinstlog% on my PG.

I tried to install TIA V13 on another PC. there was no problem.but still cant understand what's wrong with my PG.

maybe a conflict with PCS7 V8.1 or some windows update must be downloaded.

if you type %autinstlog% in the adress tab of the windows explorer, what happens?

NOT SEARCH !

Go to ProgramData\Siemens\Automation\Logfiles\Setup.

If ProgramData is not shown then activate the option for display system data and hiodden folders in windows explorer.

I am facing the same issue. After opening the Setup folder, I opened the Text file named SIA Starter.

I am attaching the file for your consideration. Plz check the File from Time:- 09:05:43.

Plz give a solution to this ASAP.

I am trying to install the PLC SIM V14. Can you please be more specific about changing the path?
