Hi,

I am trying to install again STEP 7 V13 (I had already installed it, but uninstalled it because SP1 didn´t work). Now I get 3 errors, this is the file I get:

When I uninstalled everything from Siemens I just did it through Control Panel->Programs and Features, should I do something else?

is described how you uninstall TIA Completly from the System.

If you have any other Packages installed like WinCC or PLSIM or Safety then uninstall this packages.

After the uninstall you should delete old logfiles manually and then start the new installation.

Thank you for the info! I´ve just done all that is indicated in the link (and also uninstalled all the other packages), however, I still get 3 errors.

In the last report it looks that a file is missing, this can happen if the Antivirus SW is active, have you disable the AntiVirus SW?

you can try:

Remove all components v13 in the Control Panel

Yes, I tried once disabling the AntiVirus and I still got the 3 errors. There is not any Siemens folder in Program Files (x86) and I don´t find in the Registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Siemens\Automation\TIAP13

Besides this, I don´t know if it is relevant, but before starting the installation the folder C:\ProgramData\Siemens\Automation\Logfiles\Setup was empty.

in you logfiles the installpath is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Siemens\Automation" but is looks that there is any older data or installition is detected.
So please check the following:

Search in the Windows Explorer for Directory "Portal V13" , in which path it is found?
search in the registry for TIAP13, do you find any entry?

Hi,

once the installation has failed, I usually uninstall Simatic ProsaveV13 and Simatic Manager through Control Panel.

If I search for "Portal V13" y get that there is not any folder named like that.

If I search in the registry for TIAP13 I get 4 entries: (Default), FindFlags, LastKey (Computer\HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1229257200-2060469098-640402923-389886\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Applets\Regedit) and View.

I found there is a folder named Siemens in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files, should I delete it? Also, when I searched just for "V13" in the Windows Explorer I got some files in the Temp folder, should I empty it before starting a new installation?

My last search in the Registry was wrong. Actually, if I search "TIAP13" I get lots of entries. There are many whose name is C:\Program Files (x86)\Siemens\Automation...., I am not sure which entries should I delete...
