from which you have copy this error#s ?
Can you post the complete logfiles from the Logfiles directory? attach it as zip archive please.

Or please attach the rigt logFile and not the summary logfile, the summary ist not helpfull for analysze, only the complete log can help!

We need the logfile without summary in the name!

this logfile is stored in the same directory like the summary.

yes this is the right.

But the Error occurs in the SubComponent Setup for TIA_ES.

Is there a logfile in the directory with TIA_ES_TIAP13 or STEP7_TIAPV13_setup in the Name?
Or can you get the complete log directory as archiv ?

In the  log is a entry:

"The cabinet file 'Data1.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package"

so it look that the install data is damaged.
From which the setup is installed ? (DVD/NetWork/Local Drive)
