TIA simulator V13 SP1, system crashed

APS_84 Posts: 52 Rating: (27)	Hi All, I am also facing problem with TIA simulator V13 SP1. When I test logic with simulator, message will appear as attached and it will crush entire system. Then I need to restart my engineering station. due to this problem my WinCC comfort runtime is not going on simulation. I have formatted the entire PC, re-installed software. But still I am facing the issue. Then I installed Simulator V-13 SP1 update 1 and TIA software Version 13 update 4, but now also I am facing the issue. Please let me know any one is facing the same issue and what solution we have for this issue. (smile) DOCX do have the potential of carrying macros / scripts that can "harm" the security on your computer. A very valid observation you made - if that is what you were thinking of.

Thank You, APS ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from S7-PLCSIM v13 SP1 crashes on creating project. the attachment "error.jpg" is the image that the APS_84 posted. Always make a backup before. When this happened on my machine, I renamed the file name xxxx_xxxxx.ap13. Another thing you can try is to delete the IM project folder. good luck.
