Dear Everyone

Now I'm having big problem, and i can't find the solution.

My system using CU320 2DP, with Basic line 100Kw 167A, and 4 single motor module , with order code 6SL3120-1TE23-0AA4 30A . 

When i configured in Starter with 1CU, 1 Basic Line, and 3 single motor module , the system works correctly

But if I configure 4 motor module, then when i download my project to target, the faults occur, message fault is " 1000: Internal software error " 

When i click on help event, there're some suggestions to solve this problem as power on/off all components , or upgrade firmware

And then i power on/off a lot of times. but this problem didn't be solve

Would you please help me sovle this problem !
