i have plc s7-300 and MMI with wincc program . but my systms have stuxnet worm . what must i do? how can i sure that my plc is clean?

how IBN-service is helpful for me? plz describe it for me. i'm an amature user with a problem . I cleaned file with .sav extension from Grasc folder in wincc program that hadn't .PLD file. whar must i do for plc program both software and hardware for suring about cleaning stuxnet?
