I have face a problem with TIA Portal V13 and S7-1200(CPU 6ES7 214-1AG40-0XB0 FW v4.1.1)

TIA showes error:

1. 6ES7 231-5PD30-0XB0 SM1231 AI4RTD FW V1.0.5
   Error-  Diagonostic data not suppoted: error in lower-level component.

2. 6ES7 222-1BF32-0XB0 SM1222 DQ8-24VDC FIRMWARE V2.0.1
   Error-  Unknown device: error in lower-level component.

What should i do??

        U can Add OB 82 in Program Block , Compile The Hardware and Program Block and now check the online in Diagonestic Buffer ..
